1. PPA :

Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) provides an accurate insight into how people behave at work, answering questions such as: what are their strengths and limitations? How do they communicate? Are they self starters? What motivates them?

It will also enable you to spend less time managing your underperformers and focus more time on those who will truly drive your business forward. Thomas PPA takes only 8 minutes to complete. You are then provided with an initial profile detailing a person’s strengths and limitations, their communication style, their value to the business, what motivates them, their basic fears and how they behave under pressure.

Once a PPA has been completed, you have instant access to 18 additional reports that enable you to match people to jobs, sift CVs, manage, coach, develop and train your people.

2. GIA:

The General Intelligence Assessment (GIA) is a cognitive ability assessment that provides an accurate prediction of the time it will take someone to get to grips with a new role/regime. By gauging their capabilities, you will be able to keep your people engaged in their work and your organisation with appropriate challenges suited to their strengths. The GIA will also enable you to identify potential leaders, those that can think on their feet and the people better suited to methodical problem solving. GIA takes only 40 minutes to complete.

GIA gives you a prediction of a person's potential to grasp a new role or respond to training. It will help you to identify your high flyers and future leaders and give you the tools to understand how to develop them through training.

3. HPTI (Senior Leadership):

The High Potential Trait Indicator (HPTI) helps identify leadership potential by exploring a person’s personality traits and provides an insight into how suited they may be for a given job role or position, for example senior executive leadership. The assessment is easy, but by completing the test, you'll gain a comprehensive report into the individuals potential. By understanding someone’s personality and how this interacts with a particular function or role, you can work with them to develop their strengths and areas for improvement so they reach their full potential in work to which they are well suited. HPTI takes only 8-10 minutes to complete.

The Thomas HPTI has been designed based on an ‘optimality’ model; this model assumes that a person’s personality traits can be considered ‘optimal’ based on the requirements of a particular job role or position, such as senior executive leadership.

4. TEIQue:

Trait Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (TEIQue) is an emotional intelligence assessment designed to tell you how well your people understand and manage their emotions, how well they interpret and deal with the emotions of others and how they use this knowledge to manage relationships.

The TEIQue emotional intelligence assessment gives your people the edge they need to perform in today's complex business environment.
