Process and Search Methodology

1:   Understanding the client Organization with regard to existing business activities, organization structure       & culture and future growth plans.

2:   Mapping position specific competencies including job title, deliverables, accountabilities, key result       areas and other relevant details.

3:  Search target plan: Keeping in mind the orientation, our dedicated team will establish a search strategy       to effectively target desired candidates.

31:  Industry/Organization– Mapping: Developing a target list of appropriate industries or Organizations         and identify appropriate levels within those companies that we should target.

32:  People Mapping: Once the target industry/Organization list is agreed upon, we will utilize our sources         and networks along with our database to develop an initial candidate list

4:   Evaluation: Once we have determined a mutual interest in pursuing specific candidates, we will       contact them, apprise them of the opportunity and elicit their interest in the position

5:   Interviews: We will facilitate the interview process of the shortlisted candidates list received from the       clients.

6:   Selection and Post Recruitment follow-up.
